Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 31, 2026
Food Tech Solutions LLC, doing business as Dispute Dojo ("Dispute Dojo," "we," "us"), recovers delivery revenue for restaurants and turns restaurant data into executive intelligence. This policy explains what we collect through disputedojo.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our services are provided to businesses in the United States and Canada under our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a recovery scan, book a demo, or contact us, we collect what you submit: your name, work email, restaurant or brand name, number of locations, the delivery platforms you use, any message you write, and any files you upload (such as delivery platform reports).
Service data. If you become a customer and grant us access to your delivery platform accounts, we access and process order, transaction, issue, refund, deduction, and payout information from those accounts in order to perform dispute recovery under our Terms of Service.
Technical basics. Like most websites, our servers keep standard logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operations. The recovery estimate calculator on this site runs in your browser — the numbers you type are not sent to us unless you submit the scan form.
2. What we don't do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad tracking on this website. The one cookie we set is functional: if you start a seven-day test signup, we store your signup details and assigned integrations email on your device so you can return to the page without re-entering them.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide the services — review your reports, prepare your scan results, respond to demo requests, and perform dispute recovery for customers
- submit and manage disputes with delivery platforms on your behalf
- send service communications, results summaries, and invoices
- operate, secure, measure, and improve our services
- meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the business:
- with service providers that help us operate (cloud hosting, data storage, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations
- with delivery platforms, as needed to submit and manage disputes for you
- when required by law, regulation, or legal process
- in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of the business, consistent with this policy
5. Security and retention
We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and private storage for uploaded reports. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services and to meet legal and financial record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@disputedojo.com. Depending on where you live — including Canada and certain U.S. states — you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor requests as those laws require.
7. Business service
Dispute Dojo is a service for restaurant businesses. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new "Last Updated" date, and flag material changes on the site or by email.
